摘要
在现代大学顺应时代潮流与社会发展的过程中,将有"质素"保证的教育目标作为基本教育理念,把基于"评核"与"配合"的系统整合作为教学组织活动的工作核心,把"检讨"与"分享"作为在实现大学教化功能过程中教与学的基本手段,是当前提高人才培养质量的一种有效方法。
In the adaptation process of modern university in the trend of the times and social development, there will be an effec- tive method to improve the quality of talent training, i.e. ＂quality guarantee＂ the goal of education as a basic education con- cept, ＂assessment＂ and ＂cooperation＂ system integration as the organization core of teaching activities, ＂reviewing＂ and ＂sharing＂ as the basic means of learning in the realization of educational function in universities.
