摘要
现代大学的学术文化与精神传统的形成经历了一个漫长的文化之旅,这一文化之旅本身又是一个制度化渐次展开的过程。制度不断地形塑文化,使之成为传统.继而又以其特定的方式来维系或者变革传统。理解制度与文化间的这种关系及其历史逻辑。有助于理性地反思当前中国的学术文化建设和制度建构间的关系。
The academic culture and tradition in modem university have evolved through a long cul- tural journey,a gradual process of amplifying institutionalization.The institution is structuring'cul- tures',resulting in'traditions',and at the same time,is conserving or transforming them.To un- derstand this relationship and historical logic is important for us to reflect on the subtle dynamic mechanism between academic culture and academic governance.
