摘要
通过分析工科人才培养的重要性和学部制下工科人才培养的机遇,提出了树立现代工程教育理念、搭建工科课程平台和实践平台、工程教育国际化等一系列以学部制为契机的思路和举措,可为创新型工科人才培养工作提供参考。
The importance and opportunities of engineering talents cultivation under the laculty system ot the aomestic universities are analyzed. Some ideas and measures based on the faculty system, for examples, establishing the concept of modern engineering education, constituting courses platform and practice platform in engineering, internationalizing the engineering education etc., are proposed, which can provide reference for the cultivation of creative qualified engineering talents.
