摘要
目的了解广州市番禺区2009~2013年梅毒流行特征和发病趋势,探讨相关防治措施。方法从梅毒分期、性病、年龄、职业、文化程度分布等流行病学特征对番禺区2009-2013年梅毒报告病例进行回顾性分析。结果2009-2013年间,该区共报告梅毒4 539例,梅毒报告发病率波动在46.94/10万~58.96/10万,年平均报告发病率为52.20/10万,高于同期广州市梅毒报告发病率;男女性别比为1.21∶1远高于广州市梅毒性别比;梅毒分期中二期患者比例最大（65.57%）;年龄分布上以20~40岁患者占比最大（79.32%）;职业分布上以无业人员占比最大（52.02%）;文化程度分布上以初中及以下占比最大（48.87%）;在报告发病人群中,以流动人口占比最大（59.02%）。结论梅毒发病患者主要为20~40岁人群,以无业人员、初中及以下学历者、流动人口为主,应强化针对性强的梅毒防治综合措施,有效防控梅毒。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristic of syphilis in Panyu district of Guangzhou city from 2009 to 2013 and explore prevention measures. Methods Syphilis cases reported in 2009 -2013 in the Panyu district were collected and respectively analyzed with regards to syphilis stage the case gender, age and occupation and education. Results There were altogether 4539 syphilis cases reported in the district within the 5 years. The report incidence of syphilis waved from 46.94/105 to 58.96/105, and the annual average incidence rate was 52. 20/105 , higher than that of Guangzhou. The sex radio of syphilis cases was 1.21 ： 1, also higher than that of Guangzhou. The secondary stage cases took a proportion of 65.57% and those with age of 20 -40 took the greatest portion of 79.32%. As to occupation distribution, 52. 02% were jobless persons. And in term of education, the cases with education degree of junior middle school took 48.87% Floating population took a proportion of 59.02% of the total cases. Conclusion The incidence of syphilis pa- tients is mainly of 20 -40 years old and mainly unemployed floating population with low education degree. Comprehensive measures should be strengthened for the prevention and control of syphilis.
