摘要
阿魏酸与十二醇在钛酸四乙酯催化下合成阿魏酸十二烷基酯,并用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化了产品。通过正交实验确定了最佳的合成条件:酸醇摩尔比1∶5,反应温度140℃,反应时间10 h,催化剂用量4%;在最佳条件下,阿魏酸十二烷基酯的产率为81.8%,纯度为90%。DPPH法评价结果表明阿魏酸十二烷基酯具有良好的DPPH自由基清除能力;Schaal烘箱法评价结果表明其用量在0.04%时对胡麻油具有较好的抗氧化作用。
Dodecyl ferulate was synthesized by fendic acid and dodecyl alcohol using tetraethyl titanate as cat-alyst, and the product was purified by macroporous adsorption resin. The optimal synthesis conditions were de-termined by orthogonal experiment as follows:molar ratio of ferulic acid to dodecyl alcohol 1:5, reaction tem-perature 140 ℃, reaction time 10 h, catalyst dosage 4%. Under these conditions, the yield and purity of do-decyl ferulate were 81.8% and 90% respectively. The evaluation result of DPPH method showed that dodecylferulate exhibited good DPPH free radical scavenging activity. The evaluation result of Sehaal oven -storagemethod indicated that dodecyl ferulate had better antioxidant effect on siritch at the dose of 0.04%.
