摘要
为合理确定某型发射装置电路板的固定方式,采用有限元仿真的方法对其动力学特性进行计算,提出三种固定电路板的方案。在简化模型的基础上对三种方案分别进行模态分析和随机振动响应分析,利用随机振动响应结果比较了三种方案的优劣,得出适合电路板的固定方案,该研究方法可以为相似产品的设计提供思路和方法。
In order to choose correct fixing scheme for the PCB used in the certain launcher,finite element analysis is used to calculate its dynamical characteristic,three fixing schemes are presented. Modal and random response analysis are carried out based on simplified model in each fixing scheme,comparison analysis on the schemes is constructed using random response method and the correct fixing scheme is selected. This investigation could provide ideas and methods for the design of similar products.
