摘要
针对四川广安发电有限责任公司#34机组采用一般等离子点火方式很难点燃低挥发分烟煤的问题,提出了采用大功率等离子点火系统的改造方案。介绍了等离子点火系统改造方案及等离子点火控制逻辑,实现机组启、停炉零燃油,保护了环保设备不受燃油污染。
In Sichuan Guang'an Power Generation Company Limited unit No. 34,it was difficult to ignite low-volatiles coal by ordinary plasma ignitor. Aiming at this problem,a reformation scheme of large power plasma ignition system was proposed. The reformation scheme of the plasma ignition system and the plasma ignition control logic were introduced. The zero fuel oil consumption in boiler starting and shutdown process was realized,and the environmental protection devices were free from oil pollution.
