摘要
以武陵山区典型萤石矿为研究对象,采用在碱性环境中混合浮选去除方解石和石英、在酸性环境中分离萤石与重晶石的工艺流程,试样经1粗7精1扫获得CaF2质量分数为97.80%、CaF2回收率为81.98%的萤石精矿,达到了YB/T5217-2005萤石精矿FC-97A质量标准;同时回收得到BaSO4质量分数为93.84%、BaSO4回收率为87.05%的重晶石精矿,达到了化工用优-2质量标准,实现了萤石、重晶石、方解石、石英的有效分离,为武陵山区典型萤石矿的综合利用提供了参考。
With a typical fluorite ore in Wuling Mountain as the object of study, the process flow of removing calcite and quartz in alkaline environment before separating fluorite and barite in the acidic environment by flotation is introduced. The fluorite ore concentrate with CaF2 content of 97.80% and CaF2 recovery rate of 81.98% was produced with the samples being subject to one roughing-seven cleanings-one scavenging and reached the FC-97A quality standards for YB/T5217-2005 fluorite concentrate. Meanwhile, the obtained barite concentrate with BaSO4 content of 93.84% and BaSO4 recovery-rate of 84.05% was up to the best quality-2 standard for application in chemical industry, making an effective separation of fluorite, barite, calcite and quartz.
