十字万向联轴节轴承座研磨机的成功研制及应用

摘要 介绍了韶钢中板轧机辊端十字万联轴节结构及使用环境、工作情况下受力分析,总结出十字轴轴承座与法兰端及扁头套端联接的接触面在抗扭矩所起的至关重要的作用,针对传统修复工艺的种种弊端,结合实际,研制及推荐一种代表新型工艺的研磨机,分享其在实际应用中的积极效果. The structure of the cross universal couplings of the plate rolling mill at SGIS is introduced and their working en- vironment and load under working condition are analyzed. It is summarized that the resisting torques between the cross bear- ing chock and flange, and the contact surface of the gear spindle sleeve play a great role, A new type grinding machine has been developed and made in accordance with the disadvantages of the traditional repair technique and combining the actual conditions, which is worthy of being recommended. The positive results in the actual application would be shared.
