摘要 目的探讨两种不同标注方式医学图谱(文字标注和数字引注)对阅读效率、方式的影响,及其影响因素。方法通过眼动技术和满意度测量来考察阅读和眼动指标。结果 (1)标注方式对图谱阅读指标有影响,反应时间和满意度均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)标注方式对图谱眼动指标有影响,注视持续时间、注视次数、眼跳幅度、眼跳次数均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)标注方式对眼动轨迹有影响,文字标注类图谱眼动轨迹较散,数字引注类较集中。结论文字标注类图谱阅读效率较高,满意度较差,阅读目的性不明显;数字引注类图谱阅读效率较低,满意度较高,阅读目的性明显。 Objective This paper aimed at the comparison of the effects of two different ways of Annotate Medical Atlas on reading efficiency and reading methods and the discussion. Methods eye movement technology and Satisfaction Measurement were applied to exam the reading and eye movement. Results The results indicate 1 ) that different annotation methods have an impact on Medical Atlas reading standard, and the response time and Satisfaction has statistical difference 2) that different annotation methods affect eye movement standard as well. Gaze duration, fixation count, saccade amplitude, and saccade frequency all statistically vary. In addition, the result also shows that annotation methods contribute to the various eye movement tracks. Eye movement track scatters in text annotation but it concentrates in digital annotation. Conclusion In all, reading efficiency is positive in text annotation but the satisfaction is poor and reading purpose is not obvious. Although reading efficiency is low in digital annotation, satisfaction and reading purpose is encouraging.
