摘要
消化内镜在人体腔内密切接触患者的分泌物、排泄物、血液和体液等污染物,其消毒及操作有着很强的专业性。随着其临床应用越来越广泛,医院内感染风险也相应增加,笔者对消化内镜室引起医院感染的相关因素及预防控制措施作一综述。
Digestive endoscopy will keep close contact with the patients＇ pollutants in the cavity,such as secretions,discharge waste,blood and body fluids,so the disinfection and operation will be high-professionally required.With the wider clinical applications of the digestive endoscopy,more risks of nosocomial infection will be increased,the article reviews the related factors causing nosocomial infection induced by the digestive endoscopy room and its prevention and controlling measures.
