摘要
刑事诉讼翻译是将语言转化为刑事证据的关键环节,诉讼文本翻译的质量直接关系到证据的客观性与真实性。而刑事法律语言自成体系,有其鲜明的文体风格和句法特征,深谙这些句法特点,有助于译者在翻译时从容自信地选取合适的翻译策略,进而精准忠实地传达原文意思,保障刑事案件证据的可采性。
The translation of criminal procedure is the key to turning language into criminal evidence. The quality of proceedings translation is directly related to objectivity and authenticity of the evidence. And criminal legal language is self-contained, with its distinctive style and syntactic features. Knowing these syntactic features helps translators adopt the right translating strategies to translate calmly and confidently, which ensures the faithfulness and exactness in the convey of source language to target language and the admissibility of evidence in criminal cases.
