摘要
目的:观察研究针刀配合针灸治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)的临床疗效。方法:选取于我院就诊的LIDH老年患者93例,随机抽取43例作为治疗组,使用针刀配合针灸治疗;50例作为对照组,仅使用针灸治疗,对比并分析其治疗效果。结果:治疗组总优良率为88.4%,对照组总优良率为64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀配合针灸治疗老年LIDH临床疗效优于仅采用针灸治疗,临床应用价值很高。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupotome combined with acupuncture therapy in treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation （LIDH） of elderly people. Methods： Randomly picked 43 patients （acupotome combined with acupuncture therapy） as treatment group, and 50 patients （acupuncture therapy only） as control group from LIDH cases. Compared and analyzed the clinical curative effect between the two groups. Results： The rate of the patients cured or got better is 88.3% in treatment group, while 64.0% in control group. The difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of acupotome combined with acupuncture therapy in treating LIDH of elderly people is better than use acupuncture therapy only. And it’s of great value to apply in clinic.
