摘要
目的应用小针刀疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,观察其临床效果。方法 2014年6月—2015年6月间,在华坪县中医院整群抽取466例患有腰椎间盘突出患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各233例。对照组采用针灸推拿传统疗法进行治疗;治疗组采用小针刀疗法进行治疗,观察两组在改善患者头痛、头晕、恶心、目胀和失眠等症状的效果。结果小针刀疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果确切,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,总有效率为95.56%,和对照组总有效率76.14%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小针刀疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,值得在丽江市相关临床单位推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods Group selection 466 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June2015 were extracted and randomly divided into two groups with 233 cases in each, the control group were treated with acupuncture and tuina traditional therapy, while the treatment group were treated with acupotomy, and the improvement effect of headache, dizziness, nausea, insomnia and insomnia of the two groups was observed. Results The clinical effect of acupotomy in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is definite, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group had statistical significance,（95.56% vs76.14%）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The effect of acupotomy in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is obvious, which is worth promotion in Lijiang related clinical units.
