摘要
为缓解交通拥堵,探索限速方案对交通系统的影响,在给定限速条件下,描述了多模式交通网络中的交通分配问题,并构建了相应的优化模型,设计了求解模型的算法,对比研究多模式交通网络中的交通量分配与时间费用。采用一算例验证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性。结果表明,多模式交通网络中,在不同的扩散系数下,各交通方式具有不同的分担率。分析结果可知,限速方案有通过促进交通需求向公共交通转移来优化系统的作用,这一结果可以为制定拥堵缓解方案研究提供有效参考。
In order to alleviate traffic congestion and detect the effect of speed limit scheme on transportation system, this paper.investigated the traffic assignment problem in a general multi-mode network under a fixed speed limits scheme. It constructed an optimizing model and compared the distinctions between flow patterns in the network as well as the travel cost. It provided the solution algorithm and utilized the numerical example to demonstrate the feasibility of the model and algorithm. It shows that in a general multi-mode traffic network, the different traffic modes have different share ratio due to various values of diffusion coefficient. Analysis result proves that speed limit scheme has the effect to convert travel demand from private cars to public transit. This result is worth for the researches of optimizing schemes to mitigate congestion.
