摘要 为提高路网运行效率、缓解交通拥堵,创新性研究快速路区域交通协同管控目标与策略,并开发快速路区域交通管理系统来落实控制方案。首先,依托上海城市快速路现有采集系统,补充车牌等区域交通流采集数据并建立实时研判系统;其次,与交警信号管理部门密切合作,共同制定控制目标与策略,并与实时研判系统对接;最后,设计研发快速路区域交通协同管控系统,以快速路中环某区域为示范区域,对系统技术方案进行验证。根据运行阶段数据统计分析,路网通行能力显著提升,拥堵时长明显下降。 In order to improve the operation efficiency of road network and alleviate traffic congestion,the goal and strategy of expressway traffic cooperative control management was innovatively studied,and the management system of expressway regional traffic has been developed to implement control plans.Firstly,relying on the existing Shanghai City Expressway acquisition system,the license plate and other regional traffic flow collecting data is supplemented and a real-time research system is established.Secondly,working closely with the traffic police signal management department to jointly formulate control objectives and strategies and cooperating with the real-time research system.Finally,traffic coordination control system is designed and developed for the expressway area,and Zhonghuan Area is chosen as the demonstration area to verify the system technical scheme.According to the statistical analysis of operation stage data,the traffic capacity of road network is improved significantly,and the duration of congestion decreases obviously.
