摘要
目的:探讨尿激酶对急性脑梗死患者血清中TNF-α表达水平的影响。方法:选择2011年1月-2014年2月某院就诊并被诊断为急性脑梗死的患者66例,严格按照随机化的原则将所有入选患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组分别为33例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用尿激酶进行溶栓治疗,2组治疗后进行疗效对比。结果:TNF-α表达水平与脑梗死体积呈显著正相关(P<0.05);治疗前2组TNF-α水平和ESS评分基本一致,无统计学差异(t=0.36,P>0.05);治疗一段时间后,治疗组的2项指标均有改善,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组3个月后的Bathel指数明显改善。结论:TNF-α表达水平对反应脑梗死脑损伤程度有重要意义,尿激酶可以明显降低脑梗死患者的脑细胞损伤,改善溶栓治疗的近、远期效果。
OBJECTIVE To investigate influences of urokinase on TNF-α expression levels in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction. METHODS A total of 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled from January 2011 to Febru- ary 2014 in our hospital, strictly in accordance with the principle of randomization. All patients were divided into control group and treatment group. Each group included 33 patients. Patients received conventional treatment only in control group, and con- ventional treatment and urokinase in treatment group. Efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment. RE- SULTS TNF-α expression and infarct volume were positively correlated (P〈0. 05). Before treatment, TNF-a and ESS be- tween two groups were the same. After a few days of treatment, the treatment group had superior TNF-a and ESS to those in control group. The clinical efficacy in treatment group was significantly better than control group (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION TNF-α expression has important significance for reflecting degree of brain damage by cerebral infarction is important. Uroki- nase can significantly reduce brain cell damage in patients with cerebral infarction and improve proximal and distal effects of thromholytic therapy.
