摘要
发动机叶片前后缘的测量对于保证发动机叶片气动性能的优劣至关重要,决定着发动机能量转换的效率。该项测量一直是一项技术难点,也没有专用的测量设备。文中提出了一种针对发动机叶片前后缘的测量方法,解决了前后缘厚度在(0.1~1 mm)范围内的测量,严格控制叶片生产全过程的误差,快速有效地提供叶片任意截面前后缘厚度数据,大大提高测量效率,以期为改善发动机性能作出贡献。同时研究相应的现场校准方法,保证量值溯源。
The measurement of leading edge and trailing edge is essential to guarantee the pneumatic performance of engine blades, and determine the efficiency of energy transformation of engine. So far, the measurement is carried out with technical difficulties that it has no special device. The paper provides a method of measuring edges of engine blades which can resolve the measurement for thickness of edges between 0.1mm and 1mm. Error of blade is strictly controlled during the whole process of manufacturing. Thickness data of any cross-section of the blade is provided quickly and effectively so that the higher efficiency of measurement can improve the performance of engine. Meanwhile, respective calibration method is studied as well, to ensure the traceability.
