基于射流支撑的细长杆加工误差补偿研究

摘要 细长杆是典型的低刚度零件,在生产生活中有着广泛的应用,由于其刚性较差被认为是机械加工中的难题。专家学者和技术人员都对这方面进行了相关研究,新工艺、新技术层出不穷,而至今还没有一种方法可以高效地加工出质量优异的细长杆。文章对细长杆加工变形误差的原因进行了分析,并设计了一种以冷却液为介质的脉冲射流作为细长杆车削的随动柔性辅助支撑新的加工方法。最后,通过实验验证了脉冲射流支撑细长杆加工误差补偿方法的有效性和可行性。 The slender rod is typical lowrigidity part,is widely used in the production and living,because of its poor rigidity is a problem in mechanical machining. Experts and technical personnel have carried out relevant research in this area,newtechnology and newtechnology emerge in an endless stream,but still no method can efficiently produce excellent quality slender rod. The paper analysis the reason of deformation error in slender rod machining,and newmachining method is proposed which is using the pulse jet to work as flexible supportor for slender rod turning. The experimental results validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the method on machining error compensation in jet supporting of slender rod.
