摘要 目的:探讨分析低离子聚凝胺(MPT法)在临床输血检验中的应用价值。方法:选择我院收治的268例受血者临床资料进行回顾性整理,同时采用MPT法和盐水法进行受血者及供血者血液样本交叉配血试验,比较两种技术的检验结果。结果:MPT法阳性检出率10.82%(29例),显著高于盐水法4.48%(12例);用盐水法所检出的11例经显微镜显示仅有2-3个细胞凝集,而MPT法检出的30例,肉眼下便可清晰看到细胞凝集;将11例盐水法检测呈阳性的血液样本采用MPT法后经显微镜下观察,发现凝集细胞13个;MPT法耗时显著少于盐水技术,以上差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:采用MPT法进行临床输血检验的灵敏度高,检验结果准确、快速,值得临床推广。 Objective:To explore the clinical application of low ion Polybrene (MPT method) in the clinical blood transfusion. Methods:268 cases of recipients and clinical data in our hospital were retrospectively collected. MPT and brine method were used at the same time of blood samples blood cross matching test in recipients and donors.Test results was compared during the two techniques. Results:The positive rate of MPT method was 10.82%(29 cases), it was significantly higher than that of the Brine method (4.48%).The microscope showed only 2-3 cell agglutination with brine method detected 11 cases, and detected by MPT in 30 case,the naked eye can clearly see the agglutination of cells.11 cases of saline was used to measure a positive blood samples by MPT method after the microscope observation, there found 13 agglutinated cells. The time-consuming of MPT method was significantly less than that of the Brine method. The above differences had statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions:The sensitivity of clinical blood transfusion test using MPT method is high, the test results accurately and quickly.It is worth to clinical promotion.
