摘要
目的：研究分析青光眼手术后并发白内障的原因，为患者使用透明角膜切口超声乳化和人工晶体植入手术治疗，探讨其效果。方法2010年～2013年我院临床中青光眼小梁切除和虹膜根切除术后共有46例并发白内障的患者，患眼46只，对患者使用透明角膜切口超声乳化和人工晶体植入术，并进行半年随访，观察患者的治疗情况。结果有37例患者在手术前就出现了晶状体浑浊症状，青光眼手术后，有10例患者眼压过低，有4例局部晶状体浑浊，1例感染病例。46例患者接受白内障手术后，视力得到了恢复，眼压也处于正常范围内。结论青光眼手术后并发白内障疾病是因为患者眼部疾病、眼压过低、手术损伤和感染等导致的，可以选择使用透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化和人工晶体植入术来进行治疗该类白内障疾病。
ObjectiveTo study the cause of glaucoma surgery complicated cataract,for patients with clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery,to explore its effects.Methods Selected glaucoma and iris root resection of a total of 46 patients with complicated cataract from 2010 to 2013,suffering from eye 46. For patients with clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,and six months of folow-up,observe the patient＇s treatment.Results There were 37 patients before surgery appeared lens opacity symptoms,after glaucoma surgery, 10 patients intraocular pressure was too low,there are four cases of partial lens opacity,one case of infection. 46 patients after cataract surgery,vision was restored,intraocular pressure were within the normal range.ConclusionGlaucoma surgery complicated cataract,because the patient eye diseases, intraocular pressure is too low,surgical injury and other infections. You can choose to use the clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for cataract treatment of such diseases.
