摘要
目的对Ahmed引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的临床效果进行研究。方法选取我院收治的难治性青光眼患者40例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察手术治疗前后眼压和视力变化情况。结果经过治疗后,患者的眼压情况明显降低,视力基本恢复,手术成功的几率为100%。患者治疗前后相关数据进行分析发现,P<0.05,具有显著性差异和统计学意义。结论采用Ahmed引流阀植入术对难治性青光眼进行治疗具有极强的临床应用价值。
Objective To Ahmed drainage valve implantation to study the clinical effect of treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods Our hospital of 40 patients with refractory glaucoma, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, changes were observed before and after surgical treatment of intraocular pressure and visual acuity. Results After treatment, the patients signiifcantly lower intraocular pressure situation, visual basic, 7 patients had complications. Before and after treatment in patients with relevant data analysis found that P〈0.05. Conclusion Using Ahmed drainage valve implantation of refractory glaucoma were treated with a strong clinical application value.
