摘要
目的基于CATIA平台,实现覆盖件模具符形空开智能化设计。方法系统通过适当的人机交互以及桥接、裁剪与偏置等方法对符形空开涉及的曲线进行封闭处理,将用于生成符形空开实体的轮廓进行了拟合光顺处理,并采用CATIA提供的发布技术以及参数驱动功能,实现了模具符形空开的智能化、参数化更新。结果系统实现了模具符形空开的快速设计,并可在装配级别与零件级别同步更新。结论系统规范了符形空开的设计流程,有效地提高了模具结构设计效率。
ISCO (Intelligentized shape-conforming and opening) system was developed based on the CATIA platform to design shape-conforming and opening intelligently. This system could enclose curve sets intelligently through appropriate human-computer interactive operations as well as bridging, trimming and offset operations. To make the body fit for manufacturing, the function of curve smoothing optimization was offered in this system. Publish technology and parametric driven function provided by CATIA were used to realize the intelligent and parameterized update of shape-conforming and opening system for automobile panel die. This system achieved rapid design of shape-conforming and opening, and could be updated in real time at assemble level and part level. This system specified the standards when designing shape-conforming and opening systems and effectively improved the efficiency of die structure design.
