摘要
依据2000—2015年专业镇相关管理办法、专业镇重要会议的决议、历年专业镇项目指南等三类政策文件以及笔者的调研,对广东省专业镇15年的政策变迁进行长时序的整理,并针对当前专业镇面临的趋势、问题提出对策和政策展望。
This article summarizes, chronologically, a long series of Guangdong Industry Town policy changes in the past 15 years. Also it proposes possible countermeasures as well as policy outlook in response to the current trend and problems that the Industry Towns are facing. The summary is based on the author research on 3 categories of policy documents： In- dustry Town Regulations in the Years of 2000 -2015, significant？ meetings decisions and project guidelines about Industry Towns over the past 15 years.
