摘要
目的探讨图文式临床护理路径对全膝关节置换术(Total knee arthroplasty,TKA)患者治疗效果的影响。方法将100例TKA患者随机分成观察组50例和对照组50例,对照组患者在住院期间接受常规的日常护理,且在出院当天由责任护士根据医嘱给予常规的出院健康宣教。观察组由责任护士按人工全膝关节置换术临床护理路径健康教育图谱手册进行规范、连续、完整的护理。结果观察组患者住院满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),出院后3个月HHS膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对TKA患者实施图文式临床护理路径能提高患者住院满意度,促进患者膝关节功能恢复,同时也能够全面深化临床护理路径服务的内涵,改善护患关系。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of clinical nursing path on patients with total knee arthroplasty （TKA）.Methods 100 cases of TKA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases respectively. Patients in the control group received routine daily nursing during hospitalization and got conventional health education according to doctor＇s advice from the charge nurse on the day of discharge. The treatment group received standard, continuous, complete care by charge nurses in accordance with total knee arthroplasty clinical nursing path health education manual.ResultsThe satisfaction of treatment group was higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）. HHS knee functional score three months after discharge of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Illustrated clinical nursing pathway on TKA patients can not only improve patients＇ satisfaction, promote functional recovery of the patient＇s knee, but also deepen the connotation of clinical nursing path serviceand improve nurse-patient relationship.
