摘要
目的了解多媒体技术在眼科健康教育中的应用情况。方法将200例患者随机分为两组,每组100例,以一般健康教育组为对照组,采用多媒体实施健康教育组为观察组,教育后进行问卷调查。结果观察组的患者在住院常识、疾病知识、饮食卫生、用药指导、活动休息、检查指导、术前术后护理、出院后康复护理等方面知识掌握率明显高于对照组的患者,两组掌握率有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论在整体护理中应用多媒体软件进行健康教育,对疾病的治疗和康复起到了辅助作用,具有实用价值和推广价值。
Objective To take stack of the application of health education through multi - media in ophthalmology. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups evenly: half of them as the experimental group receiving health education group through multi - media and the other half as control through conventional health education. Results The patients in multi - media health education group showed more significant understanding than those controls in view of admission education, knowledge of diseases, diet education, guidance for medication, test and activities, guidance of examination, perioperative nursing, education for checkout (P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion In holistic nursing, health education via multi -media is supplementary in treating diseases and getting rehabilitated, of practical value and thus worth wide application.
