卵黄抗体在断奶仔猪日粮中血浆蛋白粉替代方案中的作用

摘要 研究分析酵母水解物联用卵黄抗体替代血浆蛋白粉(SDPP)对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。不添加卵黄抗体时,5.2%酵母水解物替代4%SDPP降低了仔猪断奶第1周日采食量和日增重(P<0.05),并提高了腹泻指数(P<0.05)。添加0.2%卵黄抗体后,5.2%酵母水解物替代4%SDPP对断奶仔猪的生长性能影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过以上数据看出,卵黄抗体是酵母水解物替代断奶仔猪日粮SDPP的关键组成部分。
