摘要
对进口盾构机主轴承滚子的化学成分、显微组织等主要技术指标进行了分析,并进行了不同等温温度、不同等温时间盾构机主轴承滚子的热处理工艺试验及分析。结果表明,最佳工艺为加热温度885℃,时间3 h,等温温度220℃,等温时间5 h。滚子的化学成分、显微组织等相当于进口盾构机主轴承滚子的技术水平,达到国产化替代生产滚子的目的。
The chemical composition and microstructure of the main bearing’s roller used for import shield machine were analyzed, and heat treatment processes of the roller at different isothermal temperature and different isothermal time were tested and analysed. The results show that the optimum process is heating at 885 ℃ for 3 h and isothermal at 220 ℃ for 5 h. The chemical composition and microstructure of the roller are correspond to the technical level of import main bearing’s roller.
