摘要
研究了热处理工艺路线对轴承尺寸的稳定性的影响.试验工艺结果表明,回火前经过充分冷却的工件,其尺寸的稳定性非常好;但随着轴承零件尺寸的增加,轴承尺寸稳定性有变差的趋势,采用附加回火的方法,能起到稳定尺寸的作用.
This paper studies heat treatment process routes and finds out the influence on the stablity of bearing size. Experiment shows that workpiece fully coold before tempering has good stability of bearing size. As the size increases, the stability has a tendency to reduce. It suggents that extra temper can stabilize the size.
