摘要
目的:了解医务人员对流感和流感疫苗的知识、态度和行为(KAP)状况,探索影响医务人员接种流感疫苗的主要因素。方法:采用整群分层抽样法,对青岛地区医疗机构的医务人员进行问卷调查。对流感及流感疫苗认知现状进行描述性分析,采用Logistic回归分析对疫苗接种率的影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果:共调查1521名医务人员,对流感和流感疫苗知识回答正确率最低的仅为19.7%,平均为52.3%。医务人员流感疫苗接种率为6.5%,未接种的主要原因是担心出现疫苗不良反应,占34.7%。多因素分析结果显示,影响疫苗接种率的因素分别为是否患有慢病、医院层级、流感疫苗是否安全、是否知道流感疫苗接种时间。结论:医务人员流感疫苗接种率很低,对流感和流感疫苗的认知水平还有待于进一步提高。应加大流感及流感疫苗相关宣传、增加流感疫苗可及性,提高流感疫苗接种率。
Objective To study the medical professionals＇ knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） of influenza and influenza vaccine,and explore its influencing factors. Methods 1521 cases of medical professionals in Qingdao were chosen with stratified cluster sampling and surveyed with questionnaire. Their KAP and its influencing factors were studied with descriptive analysis and logistic regression. Results For the sampled 1521 cases of medical professionals, the average correctness rate of related knowledge of influenza and influenza vaccine was 52.3% ,in which the lowest rate was 19.7%. Only 6.5% of them had vaccinated influenza vaccine. The main reason of non-vaccinated was concerning adverse effect, accounting for 34.7%. The main influencing factors were whether suffering from NCDs,hospitals＇ grades, safety and whether be informed of vaccination time. Conclusion Few medical professionals had vaccinated influenza vaccine, whose KAP of influenza and influenza vaccine need to be further improved. Countermeasures as strengthening propagation and ensuring accessibility of vaccines should be put forward to improve vaccination rate of influenza vaccine.
