摘要
目的:评估医院员工生活方式和生活质量现状并探讨二者的关系,为创建健康促进医院提供理论依据和实证支持。方法:采用健康促进生活方式问卷(HPLP-Ⅱ)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对641位医院员工进行调查,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果:医院员工生活方式与生活质量呈显著正相关(r=0.633,P<0.01),医院员工生活方式各维度中得分最高的是人际关系维度,得分最低的是运动锻炼维度;生活质量各维度中得分最高的是社会功能维度,得分最低的是心理功能维度。结论:医院员工的生活方式低于一般人群,生活方式会影响其生活质量,生活方式越好,生活质量越高;有必要在医院员工中推行健康促进生活方式,特别是从运动锻炼、健康责任和压力管理方面采取有针对性的措施。
Objective By examining the correlation between lifestyle and quality of life in medical staffs from the view of health promotion, the basis would be provided on promoting physical and mental health of the medical staffs. Methods A total of 641 medi- cal staffs were measured by the questionnaires of health-promoting lifestyles profile ( HPLP- II ) and quality of Life Inventory-74 ( GQOLI-74 ). Results Lifestyle had a significantly positive correlation with quality of life among hospital staffs ( r = 0.633, P 〈 0. 01 ) ;among the dimensions of health-promoting lifestyle;Interpersonal relationship dimension scored the highest while sport dimen- sion the lowest ; among the dimensions of quality of life, the social function dimension scored the highest, while physical function di- mension scored the lowest. Conclusion The health promotion behavior of hospital staffs are lower than the general population, the hospital staffs' lifestyle could affect their quality of life, the better lifestyle is, the higher quality of life is. It is necessary to carry out health promoting lifestyle in the hospital, especially to take measures from the exercise, health responsibility and stress management.
