摘要
动物生物化学是提高动物营养学创新能力的手段,也是动物营养研究的基础。文章从营养物质代谢,营养素与基因互作,营养物质与肉品质调控,营养基因组学,营养遗传组学,营养代谢组学,营养物质与DNA甲基化及组蛋白修饰表观遗传学,mi RNAs与肌肉、脂肪发育的关系,以及Exo-some与营养等方面的生化机制进行论述。旨在分子水平上系统认识营养素既是营养物质,也作为信号分子对基因表达、代谢途径以及性状传递的调控机制,为营养与饲料科学的发展提供有益的科研教学启示。
The animal biochemistry is the foundation to improve the innovation ability of animal nutri- tion, is plays an important role in animal nutrition research. We discussed from the nutrient uptake and nutrient metabolism of livestock and poultry, interaction between nutrients and gene, nutrition and meat quality, nutritional genomics, proteomics, nutrient genetics, nutrition metabonomics, nutrients and epigenetics such as DNA methylation, histone modification and miRNAs, and exosome and nutrition in the artide. It aimed to comprehensively understand the biochemical mechanisms of nutrients regulation on gene expression, metabolic pathway and trait transmission of at the molecular level, providing the beneficial enlightenment of research and teaching to nutrition and feed science.
