摘要
从中国石化(香港)有限公司的国际化经营模式出发,分析了国际石油贸易中油品计量交接的现状和难点,针对油品储运销过程中产生的损耗,介绍了有关石油计量和国际贸易的知识,以及如何降低和控制损耗的措施。
Starting from the international operation pattern of Sinopec(Hongkong) Co.,Ltd.,the current situation and difficulties of custody transfer metering in the international oil trade were analyzed. According to the loss generated in the process of oil storage and transportation, the measures to control and reduce the losses for oil trade enterprises were presented.
