刘家峡大桥疲劳性能研究

摘要 从刘家峡大桥桥面较窄、主梁重力刚度较低、活载比例高等结构和力学特性出发,深入细致地分析了该桥易疲劳破坏的典型细节和破坏特点。结合交通量调查结果和国内外相关设计规范,制定了适用于刘家峡大桥疲劳设计的车辆荷载模型及其荷载谱,并通过有限元模拟计算的分析方法,对刘家峡大桥桁式加劲梁、正交异性钢桥面板等关键结构细节的疲劳强度进行了检算。结果表明,该桥疲劳安全性满足设计要求并具有一定储备。 The article further analyzes the typical details of easy fatigue destruction and destroying characteristics of this bridge from the structure and mechanics characteristics of more narrow deck, lower gravity rigidity of main beam, and high live load ratio. According to the investigation result of traffic flow and the relative design standards at home and broad, the article introduces the vehicle load model and its load spectrum suitable for the fatigue design of Liujiaxia Bridge, and checks the fatigue strength of the key structural details of the truss stiffening girder and orthotropic steel deck of Liujiaxia Bridge by the analysis method of the finite element simulation calculation. The result shows that the fatigue safety of this bridge can satisfy the design requirements and has a certain reserve.
