摘要
设计了一种可垂直拆卸的激光熔覆同轴送粉喷嘴及配套的分粉、送粉装置,采用四路粉流送粉,可用于重力送粉或载气送粉。粉末汇聚点与送粉通道间隙可调,满足熔覆不同特性粉末的要求,通过不同壁面倾角的下椎体,实现粉末汇聚焦点的无极调节。对所设计喷嘴的送粉过程进行数值分析,其结果表明,该同轴送粉喷嘴粉末浓度分布平稳,汇聚性良好,验证了设计的合理性和可靠性。
A kind of coaxial feeding nozzle with matched powder segregator and feeder which can be disassembled vertically in laser cladding was designed.Powder was fed in four cone-shaped channels by gravity or carrier gas.The rendezvous point of powder can be adjusted continuously and interval of feeding channels can also be adjusted,which can feed powder with different particle sizes.Centrums with different wall angles can be attached on the end of nozzle and the nozzle can have a wide versatility.The two-phase flow of the feeding process was simulated and the results indicated that the coaxial feeding nozzle can generate powder flow with stable distribution and good convergence.The structure of the nozzle was proved to be rational and reliable.
