摘要
针对外吹抹喷嘴结构设计是否合理将直接影响热镀锌钢管镀层表面质量的问题,设计了一种环隙式外吹抹喷嘴。并详细介绍了其喷嘴工作气体消耗量的确定,以及气流吹抹力的计算方法。
Aiming at whether external blowing nozzle structure design was reasonable or not will directly affect hot dip galvanized steel pipe surface quality, annular space type external blowing nozzle was designed. It detailedly introduced how to determine nozzle working gas consumption ,and how to calculate gas current blowing force.
