摘要
在分析原装PH2800XPB电铲导向轮装配设计存在缺陷的基础上,提出了对导向轮装配技术改造,分析了改造后的优点;对电铲导向轮装配在改造前后的半年运行故障小时数进行统计分析,统计结果证明导向轮装配技术改造对减少故障有促进作用,方便现场维修,降低了设备维修成本,同时为矿山生产创造了更多的经济效益。
On the basis of analyzing the deficiencies of original PH2800XPB electric shovel guide wheel assembly design, the article presents guide wheel assembly technology transformation, analyzes the advantages after transformation, and makes statistics on the operation fault hours of electric shovel guide wheel assembly before and after transformation. The statistics results prove that guide wheel assembly technology transformation contributes to reducing the fault, is convenient for on-site repair, reduces equipment repair costs, which creates more economic benefit for mine production.
