摘要
在分析PH2800XPB电铲原装推压大铜套机构和存在缺陷的基础上,提出了对推压大铜套技术升级改造,同时分析了升级改造后的优点,并对推压大铜套在改造前后的故障小时数进行统计分析,验证推压大铜套技术升级改造对减少故障有促进作用,减少了维修成本,同时为矿山生产创造了更多的经济效益。
On the basis of the analysis of mechanism and deficiencies of the old bushing retainer assembly, the improvement of bushing assembly is proposed, and the advantages of the new bushing retainer assembly is analyzed, the statistics of the failure hours of the bushing retainer assembly is analyzed before the improvement and behand it. The anxo -action of reduce the bushing retainer assembly is verified, it is convenient for field repair, the maintenance costs is reduced and more economic has been created for mining production through the improvement.
