摘要
环氧乙烷/乙二醇工艺通常在银催化剂作用下,乙烯和氧气反应生成环氧乙烷,环氧乙烷水解生成乙二醇。在反应过程中,需要监测反应器中气体组分的浓度,通过调节气体组成浓度比例,使催化剂充分激活。在线质谱仪具有实时在线测量组分多、灵敏度高、稳定性好、动态范围宽等优点。所以质谱仪可以应用在EO/EG催化剂活化过程中,快速分析气体浓度及对反应过程进行闭环控制,确保反应安全和高效。
In the ethylene oxide (EO) ethylene glycol (EG) process ,ethylene and oxygen are reacted at the presence of silver catalyst to form EO ,and then the produced EO is further treated by hydration sec‐tion to produce EG. During the reaction ,the concentrations of gas components in the reactor are needed to be monitored ,so that the catalyst is fully activated by adjusting the concentration ratio of gas composition. Compared with other instruments ,MS has the advantages of real‐time and multi‐component measure‐ments ,high sensitivity ,good stability ,wide dynamic range and so on. Therefore ,the mass spectrometer can be used in the catalyst activation of the EO /EG process ,for the rapid analysis of gas concentration and closed‐loop control of the reaction process to ensure safe and efficient reaction.
