汽车仪表板作为整车上重要的零部件,其装配的质量直接影响到整车的质量。汽车仪表板电子测试系统整合了目前先进的信息采集,通讯以及软件技术,针对仪表板生产线节奏快,效率高的特点专项开发,最大程度简化了测试人员的操作步骤并满足装配测试的需求,从而提高生产厂商的整体经济效益。
The assembly quality of auto instrument panel, an important part of the finished automobile, has a direct influence upon the quality of the whole vehicle. Integrating updated information acquisition, communication and software technologies, the electronic testing system for auto instrument panel is＇ developed under consideration of quick tempo and high efficiency of the instrument panel production line to simplify to the maximum the operational procedures of the operator and meet the requirement for assembly and test, thus raising the total economic efficiency of the manufacturer.
