对某系列商用车按压式仪表板手套箱锁止失效问题进行具体分析,并制定整改方案,理清了按压式锁止机构的应用范围。分析过程表明:受力状况是影响按压式手套箱锁止功能的关键因素,在结构设计过程中要重点注意。文中的分析过程和得出的最终结论,为商用车领域仪表板手套箱设计提供了参考。
The failure problem of a kind of commercial vehicle push type glove-box was analyzed and the solution was set out, the applied range of the push type locking-device was defined. The analysis process indicates that stress condition is the key factor affeeting the function of the push type locking-device which should be pay great attention during structure design. The analysis process and the conclusion provide reference for commercial vehicle push type glove-box design.
