摘要
以砂型铸造型板类模具为例介绍了铸造模具对铸件精度的影响,并提出了提高铸件精度的方法。认为合理选择模具材料及热处理要求,制定合理的加工工艺,提高模具的加工质量,加强模具的管理,是提高铸件生产质量的基本保证。
Taking sand casting mould plate as an example,This paper introduced the effect of casting mould on the precision of castings and presented some methods to improve the precision of castings. Selecting reasonable material with compatible heat treatment, designing rational process, improving machining accuracy and strengthening management is the basic guarantee of improving the quality of casting.
