介绍了铸件表面质量指标以及检测方法，根据木厂实际，通过工艺、工装、造型材料以及涂料方法改进和铁水质量提高，全面提高了出口机床铸件质量。
In this paper the auther introduced casting surface quality index and inspection measure According toour factory's situation the technical methods had been taken as regards to the foundry process,equipment,moldingmaterials and coating which ensure the surface quality of export machine tool castings.
