摘要
目的观察剪除疣体联合二氧化碳（CO2）激光治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将入选的110例CA患者随机分成两组，治疗组（59例）予剪除疣体联合CO2激光治疗，对照组（51例）仅予CO2激光。分别在治疗结束后第1个月、第3个月、第6个月时观察疗效和安全性。结果治疗组创面平均愈合时间（10．5±2．1）d，对照组（17．3±3．0）d；在原疣体部位及其周围3mm内皮肤处，治疗组总复发率16．95％，对照组37．25％；以上差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。而在疣体周围3～10mm的皮肤处，治疗组总复发率40．68％，对照组43．14％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。另外，治疗组不良反应发生率1．16％，对照组不良反应发生率19．61％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论剪除疣体联合CO2治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效好，安全性高，值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of condylomaacuminatum （CA） cut off with scissors plus CO2 laser. Methods 110 CA patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （59 cases） and the con- trols （51 cases）. CA in the treatment were cut off with scissors, followed by CO2 laser treatment while CA treated with CO2 laser alone served as controls. The efficacy and safety were evaluated at 1,3, and 6 months after treatment. Results The wound healing times for treatment and controls were 10.5 ~ 2.1 and 17.3 ~ 3.0, respectively （P 〈0.05）. 16.95% of patients developed new CA within 3 mm from the original lesion in the treatment group while in the controls, 37.25% developed new lesions （ P 〈 0.05 vs. treatment group）. Recurrence rates within 3 -10mm from the original lesion were similar between treatment and con- trois （40.68% in the treated group vs. 43.14% in the controls）. The rate of adverse reactions was signifi- cantly high in the controls than in the treatment group （19.61% vs. 1.16%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Cutting off CA with scissors plus CO2 laser is effective and safe, and worthwhile to try.
