摘要
目的:观察生脉注射液联合丹红注射液辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将104例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例,对照组52例,对照组给予西医基础治疗,常规应用利尿剂、ACEI或ARB、β受体阻滞剂、地高辛等;治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予生脉注射液、丹红注射液。观察治疗前后心功能分级、心脏超声指标及中医证候疗效。结果:与治疗前对比,两组患者经治疗心功能均有改善。与对照组相比,治疗组对NYHA心功能分级、中医证候、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)改善更明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上加入生脉注射液、丹红注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭,优于单纯西药治疗,可改善心功能及中医证候疗效,降低猝死率,减少严重心脏疾病的发生。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Shengmai injection plus the Danhong injection on chronic heart failure. Methods:104 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in the treatment group, and 52 cases in the control group, The control group was given the basic treatment of western medicine, the diuretics, ACEI or ARB,β-blocker, digoxin, etc. The treatment group was given the Shengmai injection plus the Danhong injection. Classification of cardiac function, cardiac ultrasound indexes and TCM syndromes were observed before and after treatment. Results:Compared with before treatment, the cardiac function in two groups were improved. Compared with the control group, NYHA cardiac functional grading, TCM syndrome, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in the treatment group were improved obviously. There was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: More than western medicine plus the Shengmai injection, the Danhong injection for chronic heart failure is better than pure western medicine, also can improve the cardiac function and TCM syndromes, reduce the death rate, the occurrence of serious cardiac events.
