摘要
主要对微粒硅溶胶在氯乙酸钙纯化过程中的应用进行了研究。初步探索了不同规格普通二氧化硅对该体系的影响,得出对助滤效果最好的二氧化硅;并进一步和微粒硅溶胶的助留助滤影响效果进行比较,确定了在该体系中微粒硅溶胶优于普通二氧化硅。研究表明,微粒硅溶胶在氯乙酸钙纯化体系中助滤效果显著,当加入量为4%时,过滤时间最短,吸附较少。
This paper focuses on the application of microparticle silica sol in the calcium acid purification process. Preliminary exploration of the effects of different specifications ordinary silica on this system of, exploration the best specification silica on filter aid;And further compared with the microparticle silica sol on retention and drainage, identified microparticle silica sol is better than ordinary silica in this system. Research shows that microparticle silica sol filter aid effect is significant in calcium acid purification systems, and less adsorption.
