摘要
The paper reported the new technology of preparing betaine through two steps,which contain the neutralization reaction of KOH and ClCH2COOH,amination reaction of(CH3)3N and ClCH2COOK,then the betaine is obtained by separation and purification.This method removes chloride ion conveniently and effectively and gain betaine with high purity,thus having a potential applying future.
