摘要
通过电化学实验和旋转挂片实验研究了经Na NO2钝化剂钝化后的Q235A碳钢在3.0%Na Cl溶液的点蚀行为。采用开路电位(OCP)、电化学阻抗(EIS)、塔菲尔曲线(Tafel)和酸性Cu SO4点滴试验等分析钝化膜质量,从而确定达到最佳钝化效果的Na NO2浓度。结果表明:适当的钝化工艺可大大提高A3碳钢在Cl-介质中的耐点蚀性能。
The piting behavior of passivated Q235 steel by NaNO2 passivating agent in 3.0% NaCl solution is studied by electrochemical experiments and coupon experiments. The quality of the passivation film is analysed by the open circuit potential (OCP) composition among, electrochemical impedance (EIS) and Tafel curve (Tafel) and acidic CuSO4 spot test, determining the optimum concentration of NaNO2. The results show that the proper passivation technology can greatly improve the resistance to pitting corrosion of A3 carbon steel in Cl^- media performance.
