摘要
本文采用模拟海水腐蚀试验以及极化曲线、交流阻抗测试的方法,研究了表面锈层对A3钢在海水中腐蚀电化学行为的影响。结果表明,锈层促进了阴极过程,抑制了阳极过程,但阴极过程仍为控制过程。锈层将促进基体的腐蚀,其程度依全浸区、潮差区、飞溅区的顺序增加。另外,由于界面锈层的存在,基体电极的界面电容(C_d)急剧增加。
This paper studies the effect of A3 steel rust on the electrochemical action of matrix corrosion in seawater using the simulation seawater corrosion experiment, polarization curve and alternating current resistance test. The results show the rust layer enhances cathodic process and inhibits anodic process, but cathodic is also the control process. The rust layer accelerates the matrix corrosion in the worsening sequence of full submersible zone, tidal range zone and splash zone. Moreover, since the exist of rust layer in interface. the imerfacial capacity of matrix electrode sharp increases.
