摘要
通过模拟海水腐蚀试验和表面是否覆盖有腐蚀产物的16Mn钢电极的自腐蚀电位、极化曲线和交流阻抗测量,分析了腐蚀产物对16Mn钢基体海水腐蚀过程的影响。结果表明:表面腐蚀产物将抑制基体腐蚀阳极过程,促进腐蚀阴极过程;决定16Mn钢基体腐蚀过程速度的是腐蚀的阴极过程;表面腐蚀产物的存在最终将不同程度地加速各区16Mn钢基体的腐蚀。
Seawater corrosion test result shows that the surface corrosion product will restrain the matrix corrosion process and promote corrosion cathodic process;the 16Mn steel matrix corrosion process speed is decided by corrosion's cathodic process;the existence of surface corrosion product will eventually accelerate various areas of 16Mn steel matrix corrosion in varying degrees.
